What's Day of the Dead? Or El Día de los Muertos as it is said in Spanish? It is a Mexican celebration of deceased ancestors. Despite the obvious morbid subject matter, this holiday is actually celebrated in joyful spirits because it's all about celebrating and honoring the lives of those who have passed, rather than fearing evil spirits.
